EncoreScout is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or automate requests to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the infrastructure of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

Event data accuracy

Event information displayed on EncoreScout is sourced from the Ticketmaster Discovery API. While we make reasonable efforts to display accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any event data. Event details (including dates, venues, and availability) may change at any time. Always verify event details on the official ticketing platform before making any purchase.

No ticket sales

EncoreScout does not sell tickets. Links to purchase tickets direct you to Ticketmaster or other third-party platforms. EncoreScout is not responsible for any transactions that occur on those platforms.

Intellectual property

The EncoreScout name, logo, and original content are the property of EncoreScout. Event data is provided by Ticketmaster and remains the property of the respective rights holders. Map data is provided by Google Maps.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. EncoreScout does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EncoreScout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
